There is no doubt, these are truly exceptional scale models, probably the best I currently know of, but $50 each worth !?! Well,...that is a personal call. For foreground modeling, I feel they are a must have, but for background scenes or, more sane budget layouts, Con-Cor, or others make items that, with a little bit of "modeling" should work just fine. If you have the xoin and NEED, sure - these are AWESOME. Just keep in mind it's almost $100 for a full rig! Yeoch!!
